Low Fat Sour Cream With Weight Watchers Chicken Fajitas
You may want to find a low fat version of Sour Cream to make to help keep your points as low as possible. If you're really busy and don't have time to make your own sour cream then you might want to purchase the Weight Watchers Sour cream available in your local supermarket or a similar low fat sour cream that is easy to point up.
If you're eating these as a family meal, you may want to have 2 Fajitas with a zero point side salad. Healthy Chicken Fajitas would go well with some lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and other zero point salad items.
However if your going more for a buffet style meal or you're looking of ideas of what to serve with fajitas at a party you may want to try making Grilled or Vegetable Stuffed Peppers or maybe some Zucchini Pizza Boats. I have a fantastic recipe for those that you may just love.

Tips for Following the Weight Watchers Freestyle Plan
I thought it would be great to share a few tips for following the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan.
- Measure and weigh all your food. This is super important to ensure your counting the food correctly and not getting your portion sizes wrong.
- Plan your meals when you can. Making a meal plan each week, especially for those days when you will be home and cooking can really help to make healthy choices easier especially when you're tired at the end of the day and wondering what to make.
- Have some ready to eat low point snacks. You may feel hungry and need something to keep you going from time to time in between meals. What I'd recommend is having a box of low point treats which you can easily access and which will keep you on the straight and narrow, preventing slip ups and reaching for those foods which are not as good.
- Record Everything You Eat. It may sound simple but I find when I keep a physical record on my cell phone or in a diary it makes it so easy to keep on track and stick with the Weight Watchers plan I am following.
Whether your following Weight Watchers or simply looking for a tasty, delicious family meal then this is a great recipe to try. I really do hope you enjoy it and do let me know how it goes in the comments below.

💖 Serving Suggestions
These are my favorite treats to serve with Weight Watchers chicken fajitas:
- Guacamole: Creamy avocado mixed with lime and spices adds a rich, zesty touch that complements the fajitas.
- Salsa: A fresh tomato and cilantro salsa provides a refreshing, tangy contrast to the savory flavors.
- Mexican Street Corn Salad: A lightened-up version of the classic elote salad, combining corn, chili powder, and a yogurt-based dressing for a spicy-sweet side.

This looks lovely
thanks
I'd leave out the onions but they look great and not fattening.
I wish the recipe/directions were all together so that it could be copy/pasted. There are so many good recipes that it takes a long time to write out each one.
this is something I am working on thanks for the feedback.
I agree! I wish there was a print-friendly option!
Hi Beth,
The recipe card is printable ..the plugin was down for an hour but up and running again! 🙂 Angela
Recipe calls for 1 tbs. olive oil, but to mix it, it calls for 3 Tbs. which is right??
Hi, the recipe is 1 Tsb oil. If you add any more be sure to count the extra points.
This looks great! So do the 4 points include the tortillas?
Yes they do as chicken and veg are zero points on weight watchers.
Is there nutrition facts for this recipe?
just the weight watchers points!
Up top it says to bake for 25 minutes but down below it says 15 minutes, which is it?
It's 15 minutes cooking time.
I found this recipe about 2 years ago when DH started weight watchers. It was immediately a family favorite (as you can imagine, my 2 teen sons were not pleased by my attempts to support their dad - lol). This has continued to be in my regular rotation. I especially like that I can make it ahead and toss it in the oven when we get home at night. I do double the spices.
Thanks for sharing Elsi, It is a lovely recipe and one we love!
This was absolutely delicious! I doubled up on the ingredients to have extra throughout the week. This was a hit with my family!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
Use 1 point pita pockets instead of tortillas
I was excited to try Mrs. Dash taco seasoning, but it turned out to be much milder than I expected. I usually like a stronger flavor, so next time, I’ll go back to my regular taco seasoning. It was still fun to try something new, and now I know what works best for me!
I appreciate your comment however, this recipe works if you follow the instructions and use the ingredients listed. I've never heard of Mrs Taco dash seasoning, so cannot comment on how that would impact the recipe. I'd recommend sticking to the amounts and ingredients in our actual recipe.
If you didn’t read the directions correctly and added 3 whole peppers sliced, double your seasonings. I didn’t weigh the chicken either, I just sliced 2 breasts. This was a hit! We loved it! I found some healthy guacamole at the grocery that we topped it with. This has been added in the rotation. Thanks for posting!
Oh I'm glad you enjoyed your Fajitas! We love this recipe!
