A Disneyland Cinderella Photo Shoot
A Disneyland Cinderella Photo Shoot
Those who visit The Inspiration Edit regular will know that my daughter and I love to do photoshoots for our Sylva’s Style category. This week we are sharing our latest shoot. It’s a special Cinderella-themed photoshoot which we did at Disneyland Paris next to Princess Castle.
I had so much fun doing this photoshoot with Sylvia and it was a really special experience.
We purchased Sylvia’s dress from Asda before going on holiday. We paid £14.99 for the dress. I think the Cinderella Dress is gorgeous and to be honest it looked just as good if not better than the one in the princess store.
Sylvia wanted to look the whole part so we visited the princess shop in Fantasy Land to find some accessories to go with her dress.
We found a lovely Pumpkin shaped handbag and a pair of cinderella gloves which were perfect for this occasion.
The Pumpkin bag is just adorable and has lovely blue sequins and is perfect for any Cinderella.
We went into the Cinderella Courtyard and found the most amazing well. It had cinderella’s friends, the birds and mice around the well.
This set a perfect scene for some lovely photos and it was Sylvia’s suggestion to sit on the well for her pictures.
The whole scenery and setting are amazing and it’s the perfect location for taking photos of your little Cinderella.
I loved the gates which had Pumpkins on and the whole area really was a Cinderella themed area. Sylvia had plenty of photos outside the Cinderella carriage. It was beautiful and juts like the carriage in the movie.
We took some lovely photos and I think my daughter did a fantastic job, especially as there were plenty of people watching as we took our photos.
I am so excited about how well these pictures came out. It makes me want to go back and do photoshoots in other costumes.
The restaurant sounds amazing and it’s now on our Disney to-do list. I think that would be great.
We have talked about which ones to do in future and Sylvia would love to be Belle and even go into the restaurant to meet Belle.
We had a fantastic day in Fantasy Land taking photos was just a small part. The best part for my daughter was going on the rides and we will be sharing a post on that in the coming days. We had a lovely time on Day Three at Disneyland and I can’t wait to share more.
What princess would your child choose to be if they went to Disneyland?

Aww! How lovely and special for Sylvia. This is the most perfect place for a photo shoot. The dress is beautiful x
It sure was for this one!
It sounds like you had an amazing time! Some great memories have been made there! Every little girl wants to be a Disney princess and she was able to be for a day! These are the kinds of pictures she’ll look back on when she’s older.
i’m sure she will! I just hope we can have a second child one day so she or he can have experiences like this too!
Ahhh what a lovely experience to have, she is adorable too x
Thanks. It sure was fun!
What gorgeous photos sounds like u had lots of fun. I loved dressing up as Cinderella when I was a child.
She really does look like a princess, what a cracking location for it too!
iT WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION 🙂
I LOVE Disneyland Paris and visited earlier this year! Your daughter is gorgeous and she looks like she is having so much fun!
Oh my goodness that looks amazing, I bet she loved it! My daughter is really into Ariel at the moment 🙂
Ariel is a fun one!
Gorgeous photos. We visit Disney every year and I always look at the prices of the dress up clothes and shudder – they are so expensive. Especially when we have supermarkets like Asda and Sainsbury’s that do them and cheaper too. Like you said they sometimes look better than the ones you buy there.
Oh they can be expensivE. We do have to do things on a budget because well we are parents and not loaded! The asda ones are lovely.
Ahh gorgeous! Looks like she’s having so much fun! Mine would be Belle or Rapunzel, I’m hoping to take then next year.
oh that would be amazing Laura!
Aw she looks beautiful, I love her hair back like that it really suits the princess theme of the shoot! I love the dress too x
Thanks. I tried to make her hair look like Cinders using a hair tie! It was all Impromptu!
Ahh absolutely gorgeous! Were hoping to try the Princess restaurant next time, it looks amazing! xx
Yes I bet your boys would love that!
Your little girl is so adorable and that dress looks absolutely gorgeous on her. I totally agree about the dress and she really plays the part of a princess well.
Thanks. This was super fun!
My daughter refers to every dress as a Cinderella dress as that was the first Disney movie she saw! Love this shoot and going to have to get that dress for my daughter.
