- Step 1: Glue the wooden circles onto yellow cardstock.
- Step 2: Cut the excess paper off.
- Step 3: Cut strips of black cardstock.
- Step 4: Glue the strips of black cardstock onto the yellow circles. Leave at least an inch of space at the top of the circle.
- Step 5: Cut the excess paper off.
