Back in the middle ages, Europeans often believed that a black cat was a reincarnate witch in feline form, thus people believed meeting a black cat could bring you bad luck.
However, on trick or treat night, dressing up as a black cat can have the opposite effect. Wear a fantastic Black cat costume and you may just end up filling your treat bag right to the brim.

How to Make This Toilet Tube Craft
Download and print the cat toilet tube template.
Cut the pieces out and set aside.
Cut a piece of black (feel free to make the cat any color you’d like) paper the size of the tube that you are using. The easiest way is to wrap the paper around the tube, hold in place with a bit of tape on the back and then trim the excess from the top.
You may adhere the paper with more tape at the back or remove the tape and glue the paper to the tube.
Your black cat tube is now complete!
