🖌️ How to Make This Spider Paper Craft
- Step 1: Download and print the spider toilet tube template. (Print the eyes on a fun, bright color!) Cut the pieces out and set aside. Be mindful to cut the eyes with care.
- Step 2: Cut a piece of black (feel free to make the spider any color you’d like) paper the size of the tube that you are using. The easiest way is to wrap the paper around the tube, hold in place with a bit of tape on the back and then trim the excess from the top.
- Step 3: You may adhere the paper with more tape at the back or remove the tape and glue the paper to the tube. Glue the features onto the spider. Glue the legs onto the back of the spider. Your spider craft is now ready to enjoy!

🧑🎨 Expert Tips
- Leg Placement: Attach the spider legs evenly around the toilet tube with strong adhesive or tape, ensuring they are spaced for balance and symmetry.
- Leg Flexibility: Bend or curl the ends of the spider's legs to create a more dynamic and natural appearance, all while ensuring stability is maintained.
- Eye Symmetry: Place the spider’s eyes evenly in the center of the tube’s front to ensure a balanced, approachable look that won’t appear lopsided.
- Material Selection: Choose lightweight materials like felt or foam for the legs and eyes to avoid overwhelming the structure and ensure it stands upright without tipping.
- Glue Drying: Allow the glue to dry completely before touching or moving the spider to prevent parts from shifting or detaching during handling.
- Display Stability: Secure the spider in place by attaching it to a sturdy base (like a paper plate or small box) to ensure it stays upright during display.
