Ingredients For This Instant Pot Carrots Recipe
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (2 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
How To Cook Carrots In Instant Pot
Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Pressurizing time: 10 minutes
First, add your baby carrots and water into the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Next add brown sugar, minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to your Instant Pot.
Stir to combine and top with butter.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes. When the cooking time is up, do a natural release.
