Use the black marker to add a smile to each of your woodland creatures.

Although this is a preschool craft aimed for little ones it could be painted by older kids or even adults and whilst these are painted by an adult, the creations of your little ones will be unique and lovely.

It’s the process not the end product that counts and the process of making these eggs is super fun.

Next use a pencil to draw eyes and a mouth onto the eggs.

When you are satisfied with how the eyes and mouths look, trace over them with a black paint pen or permanent marker.

Glue the ears on top of the eggs, the tails on the back slightly sticking out to the front and the owl’s wings on each side of the egg.
