Lumiere Rock Painting From Beauty And The Beast
Recently I thought I would have a try at painting Lumiere from Beauty And The Beast on a rock stone. I have to say it was not easy and the outcome was not perfect, however I had a lot of fun doing this. Enjoy this Disney themed painted rock.
An an early years teacher I was taught that it is not the end product that is important but the process. When teaching kids and doing art with children this is the case. It's not always the art work they produce but the skills they develop whilst carrying out their art.

Kids can learn fine motor skills, develop literacy and social skills amongst many when painting and so this could be a great learning activity to do with young children.

In fact I shared my image on Instagram and got the most likes on an Instagram picture I've ever had so I must have done something right.
