🧑🎨 Expert Tips
- Plate Selection: Opt for a strong, uncoated paper plate to keep paint from seeping through and to enhance the longevity of your craft project.
- Base Coloring: Apply a light tan or yellow base coat evenly across the plate, allowing it to dry completely before adding additional details.
- Spot Detailing: Use a fine-tipped brush or marker to create irregularly shaped black spots, mimicking a leopard's distinctive pattern.
- Facial Features: Cut out and attach paper shapes for the eyes, nose, and mouth, positioning them centrally to create a balanced and expressive face.
- Ear Construction: Create ears by cutting out two semi-circular pieces from cardstock, coloring them appropriately, and attaching them to the top of the plate.
- Whisker Addition: Use thin strips of black paper or pipe cleaners to form whiskers, gluing them symmetrically on either side of the nose for added realism.
