🖌️ Let's Make the DIY Snowman Decoration
- Step 1: Take the top off of the clear glass Christmas ornament and fill it with styrofoam fake snow. The smaller the little pieces of styrofoam, the better this ornament will look. Be sure to put the lid back onto the ornament when you are done.
- Step 2: Paint two eyes and a coal mouth out of black craft paint onto the front of one side of the glass ornament. Use orange craft paint to make a nose on the front of the glass ornament in between the eyes and mouth you just made.
- Step 4: Twist together two pipe cleaners, thread them through the loop of the top of the ornament and then cut them to size where they come just behind the pom poms that you just glued onto your ornament.
- Step 5: Use hot glue to attach the pipe cleaners to the back of each craft pom pom. The pipe cleaners will be the band of your snowman’s ear muffs.

🧑🎨 Expert Tips for Super Cute DIY Snowman Decoration
- Use Fine Craft Paint: Opt for high-quality black and orange craft paints to ensure crisp features on your snowman.
- Choose Small Styrofoam Pieces: Smaller styrofoam balls mimic real snow better and provide a more realistic look.
- Secure Pom Poms Firmly: Use a hot glue gun to attach pom poms securely, preventing them from falling off during handling.
- Twist Pipe Cleaners Tightly: Ensure pipe cleaners are twisted tightly to form a sturdy band for the earmuffs.
- Use Thin Twine for Hanging: Thin twine adds a delicate touch and doesn't overpower the ornament's design.
- Personalize with Accessories: Add small accessories like mini scarves or buttons to give your snowman a unique personality.
