- Step 2: Pay close attention to the colors the PDF instructs you to print each page on.
- Step 3: Start assembling Cruella by gluing her dress to the front of the ornament followed by the ears behind it.
- Step 4: Glue the coat on top of the dress and the hair to the top of the ornament.
- Step 5: To assemble the Dalmation you will glue the ears behind the ornament and then the collar and tag to the front.
- Step 6: Carefully add white glue to the areas you’d like to glitter. Add glitter and shake off excess.
- Step 7: If glitter is not your thing, you can absolutely leave this part out of the process. Cut a small bit of ribbon, thread or twine and loop it.
- Step 8: Glue this behind the Cruella and 101 Dalmatian ornaments. If you’d like to cover the glued ribbon, simply add a circle the same color as Cruella and 101 Dalmatian.
Your ornament is done and ready for your Christmas tree!

🧑🎨 Expert Tips
- Symmetry alignment tip: Lightly fold each ear template in half before cutting to ensure both sides are symmetrical, resulting in a balanced final design.
- Layering sequence strategy: Plan the order of assembling pieces by laying them out beforehand, which helps prevent misplacement and ensures a smoother crafting process.
- Edge smoothing technique: After cutting, gently run a fine-grit sandpaper along the edges of the cardstock to remove any frays or roughness for a cleaner look.
- Color contrast check: Place all colored pieces together before gluing to assess the overall color harmony and make adjustments if necessary for visual appeal.
- Dry fit rehearsal: Assemble all components without adhesive first to confirm placement accuracy, reducing the risk of errors during final gluing.
- Storage solution: Store completed ears in a flat, rigid container to prevent bending or damage, especially if transporting them to events or gatherings.
