Simple Tips for Using Glitter Without Making a Mess
I know what you’re thinking. Glitter is messy. And while this is true, that doesn’t have to be the outcome for your craft. These easy tips can contain the glitter so you don’t have to worry about cleaning it up later.
- Put a cardboard box down on the table and use that space to add your glitter to your craft. Once done, toss out the cardboard box and glitter.
- Lay down a newspaper and then throw that away once the glitter is added.

How to Make This Disney Moana Craft
Download the free printable Moana Mickey Head template.
Print each of the pages from the 8 page template on the correct color of card stock. The color is listed at the top of each page. You’ll have extra pieces, so you can use them to make more than one Moana craft.
For each Moana ornament, cut out 2 ears and 1 each of the other pieces.
Glue the ears behind the head and the other pieces to the front.
Add black glitter to the ears and red glitter to the stripe.
Make a hanger by looping a piece of twine and gluing it to the back of the ornament.
Let the ornament dry completely, and then Moana is ready to be proudly displayed.

Instructions
Download the crab template and print out.
Cut the template out.
Trace the crab onto colored cardstock and cut out.
Trace the circle onto white cardstock and cut out x2. Cut 2 smaller black circles. Set aside.
Fold the crab in half and cut slits into the middle of the crab. Leave at least a half of an inch all the way around to avoid tearing the paper.
Cut strips of colored cardstock. (use a color different from the crab. try using bold prints or textured cardstock)
Weave the colored cardstock strips in and out of the crab. Secure the ends with a bit of glue.
Use scissors to cut off any excess paper hanging over the sides.
Glue the eyes together and then glue them onto the crab.
Use a black marker to add a mouth to the crab.
Your crab is finished!
