🖌️ How to Decorate Eggs for Easter
- Step 1: Print and cut out patterns from the template. The template includes – 2 outer ear and 2 inner ear patterns, 1 spiral pattern for the flower but you can create as many flowers as you want, 1 grass pattern. You can use the grass pattern by repeating the pattern to make it longer.
- Step 2: Measure the egg size and glue both ends of the grass pattern, making sure that the egg fits perfectly inside it. Glue the inner ear patterns on the outer ear patterns and use the spiral pattern to create rolled flowers; simply roll the spiral from its outer edge, continue to roll towards the centre and glue the roll with the centre at the end to secure it.
- Step 3: Glue the flowers on the rolled grass pattern. Glue both ends of the strip pattern from the template as well. Attach the ears with it by keeping about 1 cm gap between both ears.
- Step 4: Use a black sharpie to draw the face details on the egg.
- Step 5: Use a pencil to draw the patterns on the egg and then trace the patterns using sharpies.
- Step 6: Use the colour sharpies to draw the lower body details of the egg bunny.
- Step 7: Done with the details? You may add more if you want to but once you are done place the bottle inside the floral grass pattern and then place the egg on the bottle cap and done!

💡 Pro Tip: Place a bottle cap inside the grass ring to serve as a stable stand, then set the decorated egg on top. This display method adds charm and prevents the egg from rolling.
