Why You’ll Love These Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
Blueberries are a superfood. They are rich in vitamins C and K, fiber, antioxidants, and phytochemicals. The antioxidants in blueberries help protect cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases. They also have lots of fiber to support digestive health.
These frozen yogurt blueberry bites are simple to make – just dip blueberries in yogurt and freeze. Besides being healthy and having zero Weight Watchers points, they hit the spot when you are craving something sweet.
You can also try making zero point yogurt bites using peaches, grapes, strawberries, or kiwi fruit.

How to Make Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites
All you need to make yogurt covered frozen blueberries is the following:
- 6-8 oz. fresh blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Stick a blueberry with a toothpick and dip it into the yogurt.
Slide each yogurt-covered blueberry off of the toothpick and onto the prepared pan. Repeat until the tray is full of yogurt-covered blueberries.
Place the pan in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Place the frozen blueberry bites into an airtight, freezer-safe container and store in the freezer.

Ingredients
