I’m a huge fan of being frugal and making your own products. Not only is it a great way to save money and learn new skills, but it’s also always nice to have homemade soap in the bathroom. It’s also really thoughtful when you put effort into a gift which is made in the home rather than store-bought.

Top Tip:

I really hope you enjoyed this simple tutorial. The first time I attempted to make soap I used the wrong kind of container which melted in the microwave and stunk the whole kitchen out.

To avoid this make sure you use products designed for the microwave!
