Today, I’m sharing with you this free Alphabet Shape Wash game for kids. The dog is dirty and needs grooming. Match the correct sponge to the correct dog in his bath and give the dog a wash.

How many can you match correctly? Use this game to become familiar with different shapes. Alternatively use the game to help speech by saying the names of the shapes and extend a child’s interest in pets or dogs in a way to help with learning and development.

This is a free downloadable printable and you can cut out the cards and laminate to make them last longer.

I hope you enjoy this Alphabet game and find it super useful.

I think phonics is really important for little ones. By teaching the basic letters and sounds of the alphabet a little one can begin to gain the basic literacy building blocks that they need to grow and develop. it’s the shape for shapes and basic math skills. There are plenty of fun ideas you could do with your little ones to get them interested in shapes.

Enjoy.
