Decorating Ideas for the Little Explorer

Over the past few months, I’ve rediscovered my passion and love for home and decorating ideas. It’s something I’ve always loved as a child and when I was younger I used to read through catalogues cutting out everything and designing my future home on paper.

Now I have rediscovered this passion, I have begun sharing new ideas every fortnight and I’m really loving it. I love creating these types of blog posts and can’t wait to have wallpaper put up in Sylvia’s new room in the coming months.

Today I’m sharing some fabulous design ideas for the Little Explorer. These can be found at Murals Wallpaper where they have lots of brilliant wallpaper ideas and designs. This post is sponsored but all views and opinions are my own.

The first wallpaper design today is the Hot Air Balloon scene. I love the background colour and blue balloons. It’s so simple and sweet and the bunny rabbit is super cute. I think this would make a little one’s bedroom look fantastic. The neutral backdrop works well and allows for flexibility when choosing furniture and accessories such as curtains for girls room.

The Solar System wallpaper mural is another great idea for the little explorer. My daughter has loved learning about the planets and with this design on the wall any child could let their imagination run wild inspiring them to explore and discover as they play.

I really love the pastel toned world map. This would be perfect for a bedroom or playroom and features animals from around the world. This is yet another educational wallpaper mural with potential to unlock a child’s imagination and encourage learning and discovery. The colours of the sea and land blend well together and create a calm and light tone to brighten any child’s room.

Same as the first design, this pink version of the Hot Air Balloon wallpaper mural is gorgeous and can be accessories with pink accessories, a rug, carpet or bedding. I think the wallpaper is calm and soothing and can help create a relaxing sleeping or resting space for a little one.

The Kids In Space wallpaper mural is super cute. I love the deep indigo shade and the cute little astronaut. This is a stylish and cute wallpaper mural which could help set the scene for exploration and learning, an important aspect of child development and growth. I love the little astronaut and the space rockets illustrated on the watercolour base.

Last of all we have an Under the Sea themed children’s wallpaper mural. This has to be my favourite. I think it’s a great gender-neutral option and could work well for any little girl or boy.  This wallpaper is very unique and it would certainly go well with nautical themed accessories such as bedding and curtains and would also go well with white furniture.

Which Wallpaper theme do you like best?
