Maintain a regular fitness routine. Exercise is key to a healthy body and to maintaining a healthy weight. Incorporate resistance and cardiovascular exercises into your routine for the best results. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals can easily lead to weight gain because you tend to overeat when you do sit down to a meal.

Join a support group. Spending time with others who are dealing with similar issues can help keep you on track and keep you from feeling isolated in your struggles.

Don’t get discourage if you slip up. Everyone has days when they overeat or indulge a little too much when it comes to sugary foods so you’re not alone. Getting discourage or depressed over it will most likely lead to more overeating.
