🧑🎨 Expert Tips
- Mixed Texture Materials: Use a combination of glossy and matte papers when making the bookmarks to create subtle visual contrasts that make the characters pop.
- Character Extension: Add small cutouts like hats, tails, or hands that extend slightly past the bookmark edge to give a playful, lively three-dimensional effect.
- Personalized Quotes: Write a short favorite Seuss quote on the back of each bookmark in fun lettering to make it a dual-sided keepsake without cluttering the front.
- Bright Border Trick: Outline the finished bookmark with a bold, bright color like red, yellow, or turquoise to frame the character and make it instantly more eye-catching.
- Playful Expressions: Slightly alter the character’s eye direction or mouth shape to create different moods, making each bookmark feel unique even if starting with the same printable.
- Layered Background Fun: Mount the finished character onto a second colorful cardstock layer to strengthen the bookmark and add an extra pop of color contrast.
