- Step 1: Download and print out the bookmarks. (Printable template is below)
- Step 2: Color the bookmarks with crayons or marker.

- Step 3: Cut the bookmarks out and hole punch the hole at the top.

- Step 4: Fold a piece of cardstock in half and then over until it’s been folded four times total.

- Step 5: Wrap thread around the cardstock until your desired thickness has been reached. Forty times seems to work perfectly.

- Step 6: Carefully slide the thread off the cardstock and do not allow it to close together. Keep the loop open. Cut the thread from the spool. Gently slide thread through the loop and leave it hang.
