Disney on Ice Manchester Dream Big
Disney On Ice Manchester
Today we got some amazing news. Sylvia is going to be a VIP at the Disney On Ice Dream Big show which opens in Manchester on the 10th October.
We are huge Disney fans as you may know and we are so so super excited to watch the new Disney on Ice show on opening night.
We last went to Disney On Ice in Sheffield when Sylvia was 5 years old. That was five years ago and I’ve been wanting to take my little Moana back to Disney on Ice for a number of years. This is the year for us and we are so excited.
The all new Disney On Ice Production assembles a collection of aspiring stories connected by a cast of characters with a desire to explore the depths, heights and horizons of their dreams. Alongside Moana and demigod Maui are eight tales of courage and heart, including Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Tangled.

One of the things I love about Disney on Ice is how the ice skating spectacular uses the most daring of Disney heroines to demonstrate courage along with inspiring children to follow their dreams.
Disney on Ice Teaches Kids to Follow Their Dreams
My daughter has many dreams. She has goals and talents and things she wishes to achieve and I’m excited to take her to Disney on Ice, a show that teaches young girls to believe in themselves and follow their dreams.
Sylvia has spoken of one day working with Disney. Being part Polynesian, just like Moana, Sylvia could see herself acting as Moana. It’s something she says she would love to do.
Disney on Ice – Dream Big
We are really looking forward to watching the Disney On Ice Show. The characters travel to the kingdom of Arendelle with Anna, Elsa and Olaf in a dramatic retelling of the sisterly love that saved a kingdom.
The show then jumps into amazing adventures with Aladdin as he seizes his chance to outwit his adversaries in the marketplace of Agrabah.
You can discover uncharted worlds with Rapunzel and Jasmine. Battle the villain Maleficent in the form of a fire-breathing dragon alongside Prince Phillip, igniting the ice in a blazing spectacle.
An exciting part of he show that I am looking forward to is visiting under the sea with Ariel as she explores life above the waves and seeks the thrill of adventure.
We will also see Belle, Aurora and Cinderella along with some fantastic Walt Disney original characters such as Mickey Mouse and Minnie.
Disney on Ice Opening Night VIP Meet and Greet
We are so excited to go to Disney on Ice. It’s going to be an experience our family will not forget and we are really looking forward to opening night and getting to experience the VIP meet and greet where my daughter will get to meet some very special characters.
How Exciting!

This looks fantastic – I would love to take my two. Ice skating is so magical, but even more so when it is Disney! 🙂
It is magical and yes even more so with Disney. I agree.
Oh wow this looks like so much fun for both adults and kids. I went to Disney on Ice when I was young, with my parents and it’s one of my favourite memories
