Add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot safe Pyrex bowl and mix well. Add the 1 cup of water to Instant Pot insert, place trivet and place bowl of oatmeal on trivet.
Close the pot and seal, select manual or pressure cook, select high pressure, and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Let the steam release naturally about 8-10 minutes before opening. Stir the oatmeal, ladle into bowls and serve with topping of your choice.

Water Measurements: Add the ¾ cup of water into the oatmeal, and put 1 cup of water in the inner pot.
