Saint Patricks Day Leprechaun Rock Painting

Paint these super cute Leprechaun rock craft as a part of you celebration of Saint Patricks Day. Its fun experience making these stones and this is a great art and craft activity for the kids.

Materials

  • One rock stone
  • 1 lead pencil
  • Posca Pens
  • Sketch Paper

Instructions

  • Draw a Leprechaun onto a sketch pad. Its easier to plan what you want to draw on paper before drawing onto a rock.
  • Draw the same image onto the stone. The smoother the stone the better.
  • Use Posca paint pens to paint the Leprechauns hat.
  • Use black green and yellow paint on the rock stone.
  • Color the face and hands and used different colour posca paint to paint the stone.
  • Color the Leprachaun's shoes with a black Posca pen.
  • Use a black Posca pen to outline your Leprechaun.
  • Create a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and a shamrock themed stone.
