2tablespoonMinced Garlic
1CupPumpkin Puree
⅛teaspoonNutmeg
⅔CupHalf And Half
½CupParmesan CheeseGrated

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain the water but save 2 cups of pasta water.
Add the garlic and butter to a skillet and cook for 1-2 over medium-low heat.
Stir in the pumpkin, nutmeg, and half and half.
Add in the pasta water but only at a ½ cup at a time. This will give your sauce consistency for adding to the pasta. Stir and cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes on medium-high.
Put the pasta on a plate and garnish with parsley and more Parmesan cheese.
Serve & enjoy.
Notes
Since the pasta and pumpkin are the stars of the show, these are the two areas that you're going to be focusing on.Make sure that you follow the directions in your pasta so that you don't overcook it AND be sure to keep two cups of your pasta water to use later in the recipe.
