Instant Pot Peach Crisp is a warm and comforting dessert that’s full of sweet, juicy peaches topped with a buttery, crispy oat topping. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for when you want a homemade dessert without turning on the oven.
Chop your peaches into small squares and add to your instant pot. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and water in the bowl of the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
In a medium bowl, add the melted butter, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir to combine. Spread the oat mixture over the top of the peaches.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook for 8 minutes.
When finished cooking, do a quick release and remove the lid. Keep the Instant Pot on and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Notes
Peach Filling: We love to use fresh peaches for this peach crisp recipe however if you want to use frozen peaches or canned peaches that can also work for this peach mixture.
Crisp Filling: If you wish to make your topping more crispy, use your Instant pot air fryer lid, add a little brown sugar to the top if the dessert and crisp until golden brown. Alternatively you can pop this delicious peach crisp under the broiler for 10 minutes.
