Set your Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Season the stew meat with salt and black pepper.
When the Instant pot is hot, add the sesame oil and beef. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the meat is browned on all sides. Add your onions, and peppers, continue to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Remember to stir often.
Add the cauliflower, snow peas, beef broth, garlic, honey, coconut aminos, ginger and red pepper flakes to the Instant pot. Place the lid, lock it and set the to sealing. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 35 minutes.
Prepare your noodles as directed on the package.
After the 35 minutes is up, let it naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
Open the instant pot and add your cooked noodles and stir to combine. Top with green onions before serving.
Notes
Mushroom Soup: Some people like to add mushroom soup or sour cream to their beef and noodles for a creamier and richer dish.
Spicy Variation: If you enjoy spicy food, you can add chili paste, or fresh chopped chili peppers to the stir-fry sauce for extra heat.
