Once the Instant Pot warms, add your ground meat, soy sauce, and seasonings then brown. You can use ground pork, ground turkey, lean ground beef or ground chicken for this recipe.
Turn the Instant Pot off, if using fatty meat such as pork, drain the meat. This will make your dish healthier.
Add the bone broth to your mince. Twist on the Instant Pot lid and make sure the steam valve is sealed. Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high pressure for zero minutes.
When pressure cooking is finished, release the pressure and then remove the lid.
Mix the mince mixture with the coleslaw.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, then serve. Enjoy!
