This Saint Patrick’s Day Bark is a festive and deliciously quick treat; just melt dark chocolate, sprinkle on rainbow candies, marshmallows, and green M&M’s, chill, and break into fun!
Line a 10 x 15 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add the dark cocoa candy melts to a double boiler pan, under low/medium heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking pan and smooth it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
Lay the rainbow pieces randomly on top of the bark, going in different directions.
Add the mini marshmallows and green M&M's candies on top.
Lastly, sprinkle the multi-colored confetti and gold balls all over the chocolate. You will have to sprinkle rather quickly as the bark begins to harden within 5 minutes.
Chill for 1 hour to allow the bark to completely harden. Once chilled, break into pieces.
Serve your chocolate barks on St. Patrick's Day!
Notes
Be quick when adding toppings—chocolate sets fast! Scatter the marshmallows and sprinkles right after spreading the chocolate for the best results.
For extra crunch, add some crushed pretzels or even a handful of chopped nuts to balance out the sweetness.
Chill the bark for at least an hour to ensure it hardens properly, making it easier to break into beautiful, clean pieces for serving!
