Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Beat in vanilla and egg until smooth.
In small bowl combine flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
Add to butter mixture and stir until well combined. Then add the milk.
Add the chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces/M&Ms and mix.
Scoop cookies by spoonful onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes
Notes
To enhance the peanut butter flavor, consider adding ½ cup of chopped peanuts to the dough.For a festive touch, use autumn-colored M&Ms instead of Reese’s Pieces.To prevent the cookies from spreading too much, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
