3, 5ozskinless salmoncan of boneless, skinless salmon (drained and patted dry
½cupalmond flour
½cupfinely diced onion
2eggs
3TBSWorcestershire sauce
½cupof milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add the salmon.
Add almond flour, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Stir until mixed well.
Using your hands, form spoonfuls of the mixture into small salmon cakes.
Arrange the salmon cakes in the air fryer in a single layer.
Air Fry at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Repeat until all salmon cakes are done.
