These Rapunzel cupcakes are pure Disney magic with golden candy hair, pretty flowers, and dreamy purple frosting. Perfect for princess parties or a fun baking day with your little one.
Add purple frosting to a piping bag or large baggie. If using a closed star tip, make sure to insert that first before you fill your bag. Snip the corner of the bag and pipe each cupcake.
Place the white frosting in a bowl, add 5-6 drops of yellow food coloring and mix well.
Place in baggie and pipe starting from the top down to the edge of the cupcake.
Add 4-5 flowers on the “hair” as well as a few nonpareils. Serve and Enjoy!!

Chill your frosting: Pop it in the fridge for 10–15 mins before piping so it holds its shape like a queen’s crown.
Braid inspo: Pipe three thin yellow strands side-by-side for a braid effect if you’re feeling extra fancy.
