Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degree's and spray a doughnut baking pan with a Pam baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Mix in the crushed Oreos.
Spoon batter into donut and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 6 minutes before removing and placing the doughnuts onto a wire rack.
Repeat steps until all batter are used.
Using a standing mixer, combine the powdered sugar, corn syrup, milk and vanilla extract and mix on medium to high speed until smooth and thick.
Mix in a few drops of blue gel food coloring.
Place the doughnuts onto a wire rack placed on top of a larger cookie sheet.
Pour the glaze over the doughnuts. Allow doughnuts to sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle crushed Oreos onto the bottom right side of the doughnut.
Place 2 eyes on the top centre of the doughnuts.
Allow doughnuts to completely dry before enjoying!
Notes
Mix ingredients for donuts and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Make blue glaze with powdered sugar, corn syrup, milk, and food coloring.
Dip cooled donuts in glaze, add crushed Oreos for texture, and top with edible eyes.
