Take some colourful quilling papers They must be slightly smaller/bigger than each other.
Then fold them in half.
Cut the bottom of the strips slightly diagonally.
Now take the strips and glue one over another slightly diagonally. Glue 4 strips together.
Make another similar piece, but make it a little bit bigger than the previous one.
Use the template to cut out the birds body shape. Take the bigger piece of the glued paper strips and glue it on the bottom of the bird as the birds tail.
Glue the smaller piece on the middle of the birds body as the wings and cut out the beak of the bird using the template. Glue the beak and the eyes from the template.
