You have to combine water and milk in a measuring cup and pour over corn.
Next, you’re going to generously season corn with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add a generous dab of butter over each ear of corn.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the vent. Set the pot to high pressure cook for 6 minutes.
After the corn is finished cooking, do a natural release and remove corn on the cob from the Instant Pot to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
One ear of corn, which is equivalent to one serving size, contains about ¾ cup of corn. Of course, this depends on the size of corn you are eating. However, this is the general rule of thumb for an average corn on the cob.
