In the Instant Pot insert place 2 cups water and 2 cups rice. The ratio for rice is 1:1.
Add in salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Give it a good stir.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to a sealed position. Press the pressure cook or manual button and set the timer to 4 minutes.
Naturally Release Pressure for 15 minutes
Release any remaining pressure and serve.
Top your sesame oil rice with sesame seeds and scallions.
