Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin Sliders are the perfect combination of tender, juicy pork and bold flavors packed into bite-sized sandwiches! The pork tenderloin is cooked to perfection in the Instant Pot, soaking up a deliciously tangy marinade.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté and add the tenderloin with some oil. Add onion, peppercorns and garlic. Seat all sides of the tenderloin.
Remove tenderloin and add ½ cup of water to deglaze the instant pot. Add remaining water and trivet. Replace tenderloin on the trivet.
Cook the tenderloin on high pressure for 4 minutes. Manually release pressure and check the temperature of the center to ensure tenderloin is at least 140° Remove tenderloin and slice thin.
Place 4-6 slices of pork on the buns and top with bbq sauce. You may also add coleslaw for that extra bite and crunch.
Notes
Deglaze Your Pot: It's important to deglaze the Instant Pot after you Saute food to prevent food particles from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Add a little liquid and scrape the bottom of the pot clear. This keeps the flavor in the pot but prevents the meal from getting the Burn Notice.
