Instant Pot Hibachi Fried Rice is an easy way to enjoy Japanese steakhouse flavors at home! Fluffy rice mixed with veggies, soy sauce, and garlic butter makes the perfect quick side dish or meal base.
Set your Instant Pot to the browning/sauté function, add sesame oil and butter and allow to sizzle.
Add onion and sauté for 1 minute. Stir occasionally. Add eggs and cook for another minute, stirring often.
Add vegetable stock, Soyaki sauce or soy sauce.
Finally add the rice to the pot.
Lock lid and set to rice function and cook for 10 minutes. Release steam.
Add frozen vegetables and stir. Allow to sit for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
