Set your Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Season the stew meat with salt and black pepper.
When the Instant Pot is hot, add the sesame oil and beef cubes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the meat is browned on all sides.
Add your onions, and mushrooms and continue to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Remember to stir often.
Add the snow peas, beef broth, garlic, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the Instant Pot.
Place the lid, lock it, and set the to sealing. Select the manual setting; adjust the pressure to high, and set the time for 35 minutes.
Prepare your noodles as directed on the package while the stew is cooking.
After the 35 minutes is up, let it naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
Open the Instant Pot and add your tofu. Replace the lid for an additional 3 minutes on manual high. Carefully open the vent for an immediate pressure release.
Add your cooked noodles and stir to combine. Your pressure cooker beef tips and noodles are ready to serve.
