Notes
Frozen Banana Trick: Freeze ripe bananas before mashing them for the cookie dough. This not only makes it easier to mash, but it also adds a creamier texture to the cookies once baked.Overnight Rest: Allow the cookie dough to rest in the refrigerator overnight. This resting period helps the flavors meld together, resulting in richer and more developed taste profiles in the finished cookies.
