To make these ghostly treats, peel and slice the bananas in half.
Next, carefully insert the popsicle stick into the base of each banana.
Using a melting pot or fondue pot, melt your white chocolate melts or white melting chocolate.
If you don't have a melting pot then simply add your chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments until fully melted and creamy. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each banana into the melted chocolate.
Next, add the chocolate chips or candy eyes to the ghost banana ghosts for eyes. Place your ghost bananas onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper or wax paper ready to set.
Voila! You have yourself a bunch of Halloween banana ghosts ready to be enjoyed by all at your Halloween party or as an after-school treat for the children.
