In a medium bowl, mix the eggs with an electric mixer on high for about 7 minutes. This will give you peaks for a thicker consistency.
In a large bowl, warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 seconds. This will soften the Nutella spread.
Slowly add your egg mixture (about a third of the bowl at a time) into the Nutella. Stir well to make sure it’s incorporated. It should then look like brownie batter.
Spray your Instant Pot egg mould bite mold with cooking spray.
Pour the nutella batter evenly until the mixture is ¾ of the way full. Place the silicone lid on the egg bite mold.
If you don't have a lid cover with the entire mold with aluminum foil.
Place the egg mold on the trivet inside your Instant Pot and pour 1 cup of water to the bottom of the Inner pot.
Place and twist the Instant Pot lid to secure it. Set the valve to closed. Pressure cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once the Instant Pot beeps, allow the pot to naturally release for 10 minutes and then manually release any remaining steam.
Use a towel or hot pad to remove the trivet from the Instant Pot. Place the silicone egg molds on a cooling rack.
Once the molds have cooled, remove your Nutella Bites from the egg molds and sprinkle powdered sugar on top, serve, and enjoy!
Now you can enjoy these Gluten Free Instant Pot Nutella Bites with zero guilt.
Notes
