Start by placing a sheet of brown construction paper over the paper bag. Then, a black strip on the bag.

Next, you will want to download and print your female werewolf template. On the template, you will be instructed to print it on cardstock paper and trace the pieces onto colored construction paper. If you don't want to do that, you can print each part of the template on the color instructed.

Print or trace the shirt onto purple paper, then glue.

Print or trace the collar onto white paper and glue.

Add some rips and stitches with your purple marker.

Print or trace the head parts of the template on two different kinds of brown paper.

Then, continue tracing or printing the face on the colors in the picture. Glue it all on the bottom of the paper bag.
