Materials

  • Cardstock
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Paper Bag
  • White Chalk Marker

Instructions

  • Download and print the template.
  • Cut out the pieces.
  • Glue the big rectangle piece on the front part of the paper bag. Glue the head on the very top. Glue the rest of the puppet pieces onto the bag.
  • Use the white chalk marker to add in other details.
