Materials

  • Paint Yellow, Orange, Pink, White, black, blue
  • Paintbrush
  • Canvas
  • Pencil
  • Black Permanent Marker

Instructions

  • Paint the tips of your child’s fingers blue and the rest of their hand yellow.
    .
  • Gently press your child’s hand onto the canvas.
  • Help them pull up in one swift motion to avoid smearing the paint. Turn the canvas around. 
    Paint your child’s entire hand orange
  • Gently press your child’s hand onto the canvas.
  • Help them pull up in one swift motion to avoid smearing the paint. 
  • Dip your child’s fingertip into black paint and add a nose onto Fox and into 
     to add 2 eyes. (refer to the photo). 
  • Allow the paint to dry completely.
  • Use a pencil to draw a face onto Fox.
  • Once you are satisfied, trace the face details with a permanent marker.
  • Once the marker is dry, use an eraser to remove any pencil lines left behind.
  • Paint your child’s entire hand yellow.
  • Gently press your child’s hand onto the canvas.
  • Help them pull up in one swift motion to avoid smearing the paint. Turn the canvas around.
  • Paint the finger tips of your child’s hand with pink paint and the palm of their hand with pale yellow paint.
    .
  • Only paint your child’s pinky and index finger.
  • Gently press your child’s hand onto the canvas.
  • Help them pull up in one swift motion to avoid smearing the paint. (make sure this handprint is going down on the canvas the opposite direction of the first handprint)
  • Dip your child’s fingertips into white paint and add 2 eyes. 
  • Allow the paint to dry completely.
  • Use a pencil to draw a face onto Knox. Once you are satisfied, trace the face details.
