Equipment

  • 1 Silicon Seashell Fondant Mold
  • 1 Can of Gold Spray
  • 1 Can of Pink Spray
  • Purple And Teal Food Gel
  • Rubber Gloves
  • 1 Paint Brush To Dust Powder Sugar
  • 1 Cookie Sheet
  • 2 Small Pots
  • Wax Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Oreo cookies
  • 1 Bag White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 Box White Fondant
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Bag Pink Large Pearl Candy
  • 1 Bag Purple Pearl Candy
  • ½ Cup Light Bown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take a palm-sized amount of fondant and knead it until soft in your hand.
  • Coat the fondant mould with a light dusting of powder sugar so that the fondant wont stick.
  • Take a little pinch of the fondant and mold it into the shape that you want. Wait a minute before pushing out the fondant piece and place onto a paper towel.
  • Using the gold spray, spray the fondant pieces lightly until you get the desired gold shade you like.
  • Repeat with the pink spray and once done spraying with the pink spray, add some gold to give it a shine.
  • Using more fondant and the gloves, add 1 drop of purple or teal to the fondant and knead it in your hands till the fondant is completely dyed and there's no wet dye left.
  • Repeat the process with another colour. Dust the mat again with the powdered sugar and mould. Once you have all the pieces you want, spray the teal and purple pieces with gold to give them a shine. Then set aside till the next day.
  • Fill ¼ of the bottom pot with water and place on medium heat. Place the second pot on top for a few minutes to get hot.
  • Add half a bag of white melts into the top pot and mix until melted.
  • Dip in your Oreo until fully coated. Using a fork, pick up the Oreo from the bottom and lightly tap the edge of the pot so extra chocolate can fall off.
  • Place onto the cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Once dry, dip the top of the Oreo into the chocolate and then dip into the brown sugar. Grab a fondant piece and place it standing up into the brown sugar.
  • Continue decorating the Oreos how ever you like adding the fondant pieces from the day before. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a smoother finish, make sure to dip the Oreos in the melted chocolate slowly, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Add a sprinkle of edible glitter or sea-themed sprinkles to the chocolate coating for that extra sparkle.
  • Let the dipped Oreos cool completely on parchment paper to keep them from sticking and ensure a clean finish.
