Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
Mix until fully combined. Don’t overwork the mixture.
Press mixture out slightly and cut into dinosaur shapes using cookie cutters, or form by hand.
Place nuggets evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray or drizzle with oil to help browning.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway if desired.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat, this keeps nuggets tender.
Slightly thicker nuggets stay juicier.
Always check the internal temperature for safety.
Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
