Download and print out the cat in the hat template.

Color the hat red and white and the bow red. You can use markers or crayons.

Cut all the pieces out and set aside.

Glue black cardstock onto the paper bag, allow the glue to dry and cut off the excess.

Glue the cat in the hat pieces together onto the paper bag.

Add detail to the cats bow and hat using a white chalk marker.
