Weight Watchers Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Fajita’s are super tasty and a great way to get your daily dose of protein. They are filling and help you feel fuller for longer.

Trust me, this is one of my most popular recipes here at The Inspiration Edit and many people have told me they absolutely love it.


chicken bell pepper onion olive oil jalapeno lime Flour Tortillas chili powder cayenne paprika onion powder

Preheat oven to 425.  Add all fajita seasonings to a bowl with 1 tablespoon of Olive oil. Mix well.

Stir in chicken and vegetables. Mix well to coat evenly. Place your chicken fajitas down the middle of the pan, careful not to over crowd or they won’t crisp up.

Arrange the veggies along the edge of the sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Wrap tortillas in foil, heat in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the chicken cooking.

Squeeze lime over entire pan, Scoop into tortillas and serve! Or for a zero point Weight watchers option.. serve on a salad.
