Keto French Baked Custard for Your Carb Cravings

One of the hardest parts about being on the Keto diet is not being able to eat my favorite carb-infused treats!

This Keto French Baked Custard is one of my favorites for when I have those carb cravings.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR KETO FRENCH BAKED CUSTARD 

– Heavy Cream – Whole Milk – Whole Eggs – Egg Yolks – Sugar or Swerve for Keto – Pure Extract

HOW TO MAKE KETO FRENCH BREAD CUSTARD

1. Heat oven to 350°. Set out large 9×13 pan. 2. Separate 4 eggs and reserve the yolks.

3. Whisk egg yolks and whole eggs with sugar in a bowl large enough to whisk in heated milk/cream.

4. Then, heat the cream and milk until scalding temperature (180F or 82C). *Use candy thermometer to gauge.
