Visiting The Johnson’s Babies and Bubbles Event in London
Last week I visited the Johnson’s Babies and Bubbles Event in London. I went to learn more about the Johnsons top-to-toe range and was able to learn some interesting facts about skincare, child development and baby massage.
Johnson’s have a range of baby products which can be used on babies, children and adults. The top-to-toe range includes products such as baby bath lotion, baby massage oil, massage lotion and wipes. I was given the opportunity to smell the products and they smell really lovely and reminded me of the smell of Sylvia when she was a baby.
From a young age, I used the Johnsons Lavender Baby bath lotion and Sylvia still loves this product today. Whilst at the pop up event I was taught a little about the importance of baby massage and the positive benefits that massage can have for mother and child.
Bathing, massaging and caring for your baby or child’s skin can be a great opportunity to bond and nurture attachment between an infant and parent. It was interesting to learn that over 70 percent of parents don’t use the cell phone during bath time which I believe will contribute to being able to spend more quality time with your baby or child.
I’m looking forward to trying out the new products we were given in Sylvia’s bath and using the baby oil on her skin especially in the dry spots. I am and have always been a fan of Johnsons and whilst it’s not the only product or brand we use, it is one I do like.
I enjoyed my visit to London and visiting the team at the Johnsons Babies and Bubbles event. The event was very educational and reminded me of my studies when training to be an early years teacher.
