Potato and Egg Scramble

Getting everyone awake in the morning can seem like a chore, but with this recipe, you won’t have to force anyone up!

All you need is potatoes, cheese, butter, eggs, onions, and peppers! This recipe only needs one big pan to cook in, so it will be easy cleanup. You’ll start by melting the butter in the pan.

Once the butter is evenly melted across the pan, throw in your diced potatoes, onions, and peppers. Remember if you have picky eaters you can opt-out of the onions and peppers. Depending on your fire this can take up to 20 minutes.

Now you’re going to add some more butter then crack the eggs into the pan. The eggs will fill all the spaces between the potatoes. For even cooking make sure to place a lid over the pan.

After 4 minutes your food will be ready and you can sprinkle some cheese over the scramble. Your family won’t be mad when they wake up to this delicious recipe.

Sausage, Potato, and Green Bean Foil Pack

This recipe is another quick and easy camping-inspired dinner your family will love. You’ll need potatoes, sausage, green beans, butter, mushroom, onions, and Cajun seasoning.

You’ll light your grill and let the grill get hot. While the grill is heating, dice up all your ingredients and separate the foil for each serving. Once the foil has been filled with the ingredients sprinkle on the Cajun seasoning and add some butter.

These are now ready to throw on the grill. You’ll cook these for about 15 minutes and then dinner is served!
